All orders are shipped by USPS. We charge a flat shipping rate of $5.95 to all customers.
Please make sure that you review your order for accuracy prior to submitting. We always like to give you an overview of your order before you check out your items and once your item has been checked out to be sure everything is accurate on our part. Once your order has been processed and change is needed please be sure to contact us and we will do our best to handle the request.
Flat Rate Shipping USA Only
Flat Rate Shipping is our only business model at the moment but changes can be made to your request if possible. Please allow us 48 hours once your order has been shipped for your tracking number information become available.
Since our business model is only USPS now your order will be deliver within 1-3 business days on average with no changes been made to the shipping. USPS will attempt to delivery your package twice within a week so please make sure that you are tracking your package to see if it’s out for delivery.
Note: All packages are shipped out on business days. The following holidays are not considered as a business. This may cause your items to not be shipped on the following days:

Some of our items may be shipped directly from the manufacturer, instead from the Dude Undies Warehouse. All the drop-ship items are sent within 10 days from when the order is place, except weekends. The drop-shop items can take approximately 5-10 business days for delivery.
Dude Undies has partnered with a trusted third-party company, International Checkout, to fulfill orders for our international customers. Simply put the items you wish to purchase in our Shopping Cart and choose the "International Checkout" option. You will complete your order on the secure International Checkout page. You may pay by credit card, PayPal or bank transfer. International Checkout will process your order, including billing, shipping and customer service. Once you place your order, please direct all inquiries to International Checkout at firstname.lastname@example.org.

International shipping is currently available WORLDWIDE from Dude Undies. Our third party vendor, International Checkout, will ship to all destinations around the world including APO / FPO addresses.

We feel like giving a no refund policy is just saying forget our customers once they buy our products. So, we decided to give you a 7 day satisfaction guarantee to return or exchange the product back to our warehouse if for some reason you are not satisfied with the product, but only if:
- New (never worn or washed)
- Clean and without any odors or markings
- In original packaging and with all tags attached
We inspect all items received and they must meet our standards of acceptability as per conditions outlined above. Credits or charges due will be issued to the original credit card used for the purchase. If your items consist of underwear only the underwear purchase will be credit back as store credit that you can use for your next purchase. Upon receipt, our goal is to process your request within 7-10 business days.
How to Return Goods
Please contact us via email so we can send you a return form. Your return must be received within 7 days of arrival of shipment. Return will not be accepted without the return form. Package will be shipped to:

Important Notes About Returning Underwear Products
- Please make sure all tags and packaging are intact, and that items are packaged to protect their shape.
- When you buy items from us, you appreciate that they always arrive in brand new condition. Because of this, we must require that all returned merchandise that you purchase and try on is worn over your own clean underwear. All returned underwear and other items with a crotch are closely examined and tested: we never put previously worn items back into our inventory. If an item doesn't pass our inspection, we cannot accept it as a return.
- We suggest you do not wear cologne or deodorant when trying on your purchase. These can leave marks or scents, which may make the item non-returnable.
- We are committed to selling only brand-new, pristine items. So, for the peace of mind and health of all our customers, we reserve the right to refuse returns on items that may not meet hygiene and health regulations.
Exchange by Mail
Simply list the new items you'd like in exchange on the return form and include the form in your return package (We strongly suggest Certified or Insured mail).
- Late Returns/Exchanges - If more than 14 days have passed since your package shipped and you would like to exchange/refund any of your items, we reserve the right to accept or refuse them. If accepted, a $10 or 20% re-stocking fee (whichever is greater) will be deducted from your refund.
- Final Sale Items - Items ending in a sale price of $.99 are FINAL sale items. These items are non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
